How do I make a booking?
Simply send us a quick email and let us know:
Your name
Which tour you are interested in
Which date(s)
And how many of you will be coming or submit a form.

Do I have to pay for the tour in advance?
No. The full amount is due at the end of the tour, However, in the busy tourist season you may be required to pay a 30% deposit when making a reservation - we will email you a secure credit card invoice if relevant. In addition, you can make a full payment using your credit card.

Can you drop me off at the Airport after the tour?
Yes. We can drop you off anywhere in town or at the Airport. Please mention that in your email. If your flight is in the evening, you can book the “Magic Marrakech tour” which ends around 17:30 and save yourself the taxi!

Which are the "must see attractions" Marrakech?
The best way to see all the "must see attractions" of Marrakech is by going on our “The Magic Marrakech tour”. In 2 days only you get to cover all the major attractions – for full details please see our itineraries. you'll be left more than happy!

We are a group of colleagues coming down to Marrakech for a few days, can we travel group together?
Yes!

Can I buy your "Fantasia show" Tickets without booking a tour with you?
yes. a surcharge of 15 Euros per ticket to be added. Tickets will be delivered to your hotel.

Can you provide us with information on museums, (hours, costs, etc)
Special events, festivals and other events in Marrakech?
Yes. We have a person that does just that, feel free to email us on any issue you might have.
